Revamping Supplier Marketplace a procurement solution that efficiently connect buyers and suppliers.
True Supplier Marketplace is a decentralized platform that enables buyers and suppliers to securely connect and share data. It automates key processes like digital contracts, invoicing, and payments while ensuring tamper-evident transaction auditability. The project aimed to revamp the interface to enhance user experience and streamline user flows for faster, more efficient interactions.
The Challenge
The goal was to transform complex procurement processes into smooth, intuitive workflows while communicating detailed information clearly without adding cognitive load for users. At the same time, the design adhered strictly to brand guidelines and maintained consistency through a unified design system.
Solution
A heuristic evaluation was carried out to assess the existing platform design and understand current workflows. Based on the findings, the interface was simplified and information was restructured to help users complete tasks more effectively. A design system aligned with brand guidelines was also created to ensure consistent UI design across all platform modules.
Design Process
Conducted heuristic evaluations for two user personas, analyzed the findings, and proposed actionable design solutions. Created low-fidelity conceptual wireframes for key screens and developed a dedicated design system aligned with brand guidelines. Delivered visual designs for selected user flows to enhance overall usability and consistency.
